MIDNIGHT CODE STORE POLICY 

This platform is dedicated exclusively to the sale of scripts designed for use within the RedM CFX.re framework. We pride ourselves on delivering quality, unique, and thoughtfully crafted content, always with a focus on role-play and user input. Delivery Policy:

• Scripts will be delivered to your keymaster account upon purchase through Tebex.
• The timing and availability of the product are managed by Keymaster and Tebex, Midnigh Code holds no responsibility for these aspects. 
  - Discord role will be automatically added to you upon purchase if you are in the discord.
  

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will only be issued if a bug, created by Midnight Code, is present and we are unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. No refunds will be given under any other circumstances if the product functions as advertised.
• If a product is updated and a bug is found in the update, no refunds will be issued as updates are provided free of charge(back up your scripts).

License Agreement:Usage:

• Scripts are authorised for use exclusively within the RedM CFX.re framework.

Restrictions:

• Modification of any encrypted content is strictly prohibited.
• Purchase of scripts is permitted only through the official Midnight Code tebex store.

Support and Maintenance:

• Support is available exclusively to verified purchasers of our products (must have the Customer role).
• Updates, though they have no set schedule, are thoroughly tested to ensure optimal functionality.
• Suggestions for improvements are always welcome, but implementation is at the sole discretion of Midnight Code.

Privacy Policy:

• Your personal information is held in strict confidentiality to ensure your privacy and security.

Liability:

• Midnight Code is not liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of our scripts. Users assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of our products.
• We reserve the right to modify our products at any time, for any reason.

Midnight Code reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via an update on the [website/Discord server]. 
Support will stop in the moment you disrespect/insult or any other form of aggression is involved towards the creator, and you may be banned from using our store and from discord.

• You are not guarantee to be in the discord just because you are a costumer, support is only granted as long you are in the Discord.
• Only one user can have the roles of scripts he bought.
• Owner can request role transfer to another user.
• there is no support for users that dont have the role in my discord , or did not buy it from Tebex
