outsider medicalman
contains about 17 config files with each notification being able to be changed, logs etc.
a massive script for your server filled with systems.
this script does not have system for shamans, they can still use it, but there its meant for doctors only, i believe shamans need their own script with their own systems
this script is already too big to make a system for shamans(either a separate script will come or more systems will be added) don't take my word for it.
there is a lot of detail in the script , like npcs talking and moving towards you, notifications to hint the player of the causes, and how to avoid, a lot was done to encourage roleplay, without automatic things. but also allowing some stuff to be healed by other players and not just doctors

## Features
### Fever
players can get the fever by several factors , there is 3 levels for fever and each level is more harsh than the other, factors, when you caught diseases you can get fever, staying in the rain for too long unprotected , to avoid these you can wear a hat or stay in cover under something or inside interiors the system will even detect staying under trees
for each level you can configure effects,sounds,notifications,camera shake ,can climb/carry/jump/run/speed etc, there is a function that will be called every time you level up fever so you can add more or remove.
there is also a recovery system when player takes medicine to heal, it takes some times for all effects to go away
i have also added a side effects system in case player takes the items and does not have a fever, which will cause it to have some problems like vomiting etc
it also contains a system to continue in case player leaves the server.
### Poison
players can get poisoned by several factors , animal bites , poisoned arrows, you can config which animals can poison you or weapons, this system is progressive and also contains recovery system with side effects as well, there is several poison types and each can give different results.
there is an anti poison system where if players get bitten etc, can use an item to stop it before it kicks in, this will cause side effects from affecting vision to rag doll vomiting etc.
doctors can use items on players to cure poison, there is also protection from re log.
### Zones & Diseases
servers can set up zones where players can develop diseases , these can be areas like graveyards , even waters like the polluted water at Annesburg
these use polyzones you can set up advanced areas or a simple radius,these have probabilities to get diseases and also contaminate others if they are close to you like carrying you, horse ridding with you etc
there is also masks and bandannas that help you stay protected
Diseases have their own effects , from hint messages, reduce speed, animations effects drain health values stamina etc these also have re log proof
to cure diseases doctors must use items, each disease can have their own
there are beds players need to lay down and doctors need to fill out details and use actions to monitor their status once the time is up they cant get up again
diseases can only be cured in these beds by doctors
### frostbite
players can get frostbite in the northern region where temperatures are below 0, frostbite for hands and feet , to avoid it, players can wear appropriate clothing
the system is progressive , so if you can manage to make a fire and stay near it even without gear you are safe, also inside interiors
when you get frostbite player must be place close to a source of heat by anyone or the doctor this encourages roleplay.
under frostbite is different from hands to feet, from hands you wont be able to do certain things like climb, hold a gun etc, same for feet you wont be able to walk
encouraging players to dress appropriate and prepare for the harsh environments.
there's a lot of configurations to enable and disable , the system contains messages as hints to help players understand why it happens and how to avoid , this makes user aware instead of confusing them.
it also contains a system to continue in case player leaves the server.
### hypothermia
players can get hypothermia by several factors , staying in freezing waters for too long, staying in rainy weathers with no appropriate clothing when temperatures are low
after being in frozen waters player can stay near a source of heat like a campfire to avoid it. once with hypothermia players wont be able to even walk, must be placed next to a source heat
for the rainy weather and low temperature, players can avoid it by using coats or staying under cover
this system has lots of configurations from draining stam health levels to hunger thirst, can even enable killing the player, effects can be player and sounds etc.
another progressive system where is based on time outside, time near heat with hint messages and guides for the player.
with recovery system as well just like the frostbite
it also contains a system to continue in case player leaves the server.
### Revive System
this system is only available at outposts or doctors office, this encourages rolelay and realism where you dont revive anyone in the middle of no where.
a unique Ui designed from scratch , where doctors will have to inspect each part of the body, and undress the player,
the doctor can view patient details and causes for all the injuries, this system contains an xp system, where doctors can loose xp when making mistakes, to promote better doctors in town,
the xp allows doctors to do more than others with low xp ,it gives reputation and hints to better heal the player
when healing the player, tools and items are needed, so the doctor needs to be prepared
### Ai doctor & Death handler
when players die, there will be a custom UI with various options, each option has a timer, for re spawn, call player doctor, call ai doctor ,these timers help with players wanting to break the rules and allowing it for scenes to take their time, there is a timer for bleed out , once that is finished the player can only re spawn.
players wont be allowed to talk with this system. so no rule break while they are down.
the UI comes with hint messages that can be displayed for the player , there is also a chat system so they can use /me /do etc
once a player dies all systems stop all effects stop. once its revived some will continue others will stop.
the ai doctor system has 2 options, heal at the spot (more expensive) or take the player to be revived at the closest medical outposts (not doctors office)
depending on what the player needs, prices will be increased.
there is medical outposts, where players can heal them selves or be revived by npc , there is even for doctor job to use the revived bed system

### Infection
players can get infected from several factors, from wounds, done by stabbing shot , broken bone loos of blood ,infections reduce their abilities like walking fighting etc, also has effects
once infected the infection will start damaging the bone infected, these will make the player limp, can affect arms legs spine etc, each has its own side effect like affecting spine player cant run or carry anyone etc. each infection has 4 stages from minor to major infections with each with its own results
there is recovery system , and is protected against re logs
### Bones system
each bone will have its own properties ,like blood percentage, infection,damage, type of damage,contains bullets or went through if shot, and if is burned
these are all to count to affect player abilities like fighting running etc
types of damage are also various, from stab,shot,rammed ,blunt, etc
each bone has 4 stages from bruised to broken
it has a progression system , from damaged bone to blood loss and infection, these can make player dizzy vision blurry etc, it also contains recovery system
### Blood
each player will have its own blood type assigned automatically , they can donor blood using the chair system, a doctor can help as well, to promote roleplay or players they can do it anytime
this is locked to each restart to stop the farm, each time is donor an item blood bag will be placed in the storage containing their blood type, so that doctors can use them on players that need
this wasn't really a thing back then, but why not? it gives doctors more to roleplay with.
this system comes with side effects after donor of blood, with effects and animations
it also has a feature when players get a lot of damage it will visually display blood dripping synced with everyone.
### Store/storage
doctor offices have advanced stores where items can be sold or bought by players, money goes to the ledger or pays from ledger, this is a progressive store, that stores items in a storage place and takes items from the storage , where doctors can take or need to stock it up.
### Billing system
doctors can bill players for the treatments done to players, allowing them to add more than one treatment per bill ,where price increases, ability to add additional costs tothe same bill
players can pay the bill at the moment or pay later at a location (doctors office) options to allow go negative or not available supports outsider_notes
doctors can also choose in the menu location of billing, this is available with permissions.
head doctors will have its own bill menu at the office, where they can see billing status etc (planning on adding statistics on how much is being made)
there is also a skip option , where player can pay more, and skip the treatments, in case they dont want to go through the whole process of healing revive
### Medical Records
we use medicalman design so the theme matches your server, for medicalman we have added options for doctors to switch from one location to the other unlike policeman
we also added a tutorial button so its always available when needed, with treatment codes ,filling occurrences, viewing medical reports, updating deleting etc all the goodies policeman have.
### Damage detection system
this system detects various damages made by weapons ,fall,drown,fire,rammed, animals etc
wolf attacks will properly damage the arm they grab for example , players falling from places can damage bones , being knock out by animals,
being bitten by animals and only damaging where they got bitten, each damage has a modifier , so damage can be done slowly
adding horses to the configuration can also give you damage and hurt bones.
stepping on cactus (various types) causes damage to the player, or to the horse reducing their health
### Death causes
this system detects the cause of death and also preserves bullets, which works in conjunction with policeman investigation system, the item(bullet) extracted can be given to the police
death causes are used for the treatment procedures , each cause has its own procedure , tools need items need etc rank or job needed
it also contains the weapon and ammo used to determine the cause of death more accurate, in case police needs information.
### self heal
this system is available for some items, where players can choose to heal them selves or others, with a ui to display who to heal
### Death count
counts how many times players die, this can be used to not allow a player to choose that character when they have died 5 times for example. this is to help with fear rp.
there is also admin commands in case of rule breakers? they can add remove reset or delete the death count of players.
allowing for players to make smart choices. (still incomplete)
### Doctor office
there is private lockers, duty station, billing and store all in one place, bed system and chair system, storage for doctors, clothing menu boss menu, with fire, hire, promote view bills,
points of interest with blips inside the doctors office,
job system allows for any job name or job rank, each rank can have its own permissions even allowing using other locations without going off duty and then again on duty unlike policeman, salaries can also be dependent on skills increase or decrease
